Experienced Project Management!

There are not enough words to explain how happy I am with this company for managing my property. I was a completely hard-luck case. I own a townhouse in Las Vegas. After I moved from Las Vegas, I’ve been renting it. To my misfortune, my previous property management company didn’t take the care to follow up on it, and after an eviction of a tenant, it was leveled by squatters. The home was unlivable. And I couldn’t get them to help.

I started looking for new property management companies that could assist me with getting it cleaned up, and I stumbled upon Orange Realty. After a couple of calls with Austin, he helped me come up with a game plan to get the property turned around, secured, and ready for rent.
