  • Provide feedback on completed work and more!

No app download is needed! You can access Property Meld on your phone, tablet, or computer via this button below or from the link located on the top banner of your regular online portal where you pay rent, upload documents, etc.

Please Note:

  • Photos are important: when you submit maintenance requests, photos are especially helpful for our maintenance team to identify the problem and ensure the right technician is sent promptly.
  • Resident responsibilities: some basic maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs, batteries, and filters or addressing simple clogs are your responsibility. Please check your lease for details.
