Founder & Broker

Jason Mattson

Jason Mattson is the Founder and Broker of Orange Realty Group, a full-service real estate brokerage and property management firm based in Las Vegas. With more than 25 years of experience as an investor, operator, and business owner, Jason has built Orange Realty Group into a trusted regional leader in residential sales, property management, and real estate investment services.

Since establishing the firm in 2009, Jason has overseen nearly $2 billion in residential sales volume through the brokerage and has personally completed more than $500 million in residential and commercial transactions. Orange Realty Group currently manages nearly 800 residential units across the Las Vegas Valley. Jason remains actively involved in strategic planning, financial controls, compliance oversight, and long-term organizational development.

In addition to his brokerage leadership, Jason is the Owner of Boost Lending, a private real estate lending company through which he structures, underwrites, and funds real estate loans primarily using his own capital. His conservative underwriting philosophy emphasizes capital preservation and disciplined risk management, resulting in a long record of strong performance across hundreds of privately funded transactions.

Jason is also a seasoned real estate investor, having acquired, renovated, and sold over 300 residential and commercial properties, while building a substantial portfolio of income-producing rental real estate. His investment approach reflects a consistent focus on disciplined execution, prudent leverage, and long-term value creation across multiple market cycles.

Throughout his career, Jason has been recognized for professional leadership and community involvement. He has been named multiple times to the Las Vegas Realtors Young Professionals Network “Top 40 Under 40,” earning induction into their Hall of Fame, and has consistently ranked among the top 1% of real estate agents in Clark County. He is also a graduate of Leadership Las Vegas, a premier executive development program of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and is an active participant in a peer-led CEO advisory group focused on leadership development, governance, and organizational growth.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University. He and his family are actively engaged in philanthropic giving, supporting a wide range of educational, humanitarian, and community organizations, including Convoy of Hope, Junior Achievement, Make-A-Wish, Habitat for Humanity, Teach For America, Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada, The Meadows School, and The Floating Hospital, among others.

Jason and his wife, Jenny, are the parents of two children, Victoria and Austin. Their family places a strong emphasis on education, character development, and giving back.

Director of Strategic Projects

Jenny Mattson

Jenny Yu-Mattson serves as the Director of Strategic Projects at Orange Realty Group, where she leads strategic initiatives to position the company as a leader in property management in Las Vegas and national wide. Her focus on operational excellence, team collaboration, and client satisfaction drives meaningful results for the company and its stakeholders.

Jenny’s extensive background in hospitality and sustainability includes over a decade at Las Vegas Sands Corp., a global leader in luxury integrated resorts. As Executive Director of Global Sustainability, she played a key role in the award-winning Sands ECO360° program, achieving LEED certifications for iconic properties, such as The Venetian & The Palazzo in Las Vegas, and earning global recognitions for environmental leadership including Dow Jones Sustainability Index and Newsweek Green Ranking.

In addition to her role at Orange Realty Group, Jenny facilitates the Las Vegas Property Management Mastermind Group, which brings together more than 15 property management companies in Las Vegas to collaborate, share best practices, and improve industry operations through shared learning and open communication.

Jenny’s expertise is built on a Master’s in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She completed the Leadership Development Program at Las Vegas Sands Corp., where she spent two years rotating through key divisions, including Hotel Operations, Sales and Marketing, Casino Operations, Finance, Food & Beverage, Legal, Human Resources, Facilities, and Hotel Development. She has also been recognized as a Distinguished Woman in Nevada and is a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas Program (Class of 2013), a premier executive development program in Southern Nevada that fosters leadership and community engagement.

Originally from Hangzhou, China—a city celebrated for its natural beauty—Jenny brings a lifelong passion for hospitality and innovation to her work. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, exploring the outdoors, and giving back to the community.

Director of Operations

Adam Wotell

Since joining Orange Realty Group in 2013, Adam has been a key force behind the company’s success as Director of Operations. He oversees staffing, HR, IT, budgeting, compliance, and office administration for the entire property management division, ensuring seamless operations and a strong foundation for growth. His ability to streamline processes and stay ahead of industry trends has played a crucial role in the company’s long-term success.

One of Adam’s proudest achievements is leading Orange Realty Group’s transformation into a thriving, profitable organization through strategic restructuring and thoughtful hiring practices. His work in developing enduring processes and procedures continues to drive efficiency across departments.

Outside of work, Adam has a passion for computer technology, astronomy, and architecture. In his free time, he enjoys reading, working out, and kayaking with family and friends.

Controller, Human Resources

Le Anne Skeen

Le Anne has been an indispensable part of Orange Realty Group since March 2017, serving as the Controller and Head of HR. Her responsibilities include overseeing all accounting functions, preparing financial statements, managing HR duties, and ensuring compliance with processes and procedures. Le Anne’s expertise plays a pivotal role in the company’s success, helping to maintain efficiency and financial stability.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from UNLV, Le Anne began her career at a CPA firm, where she spent 17 years creating financial statements and preparing tax returns. Transitioning to the private sector, she gained valuable experience as an accountant/controller in various industries, including general contracting, commercial property management, and publicly traded companies. This diverse background has equipped her with the skills to handle the dynamic challenges of her role at Orange.

Outside of work, Le Anne cherishes time with her husband, four children, their spouses, and nine grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, camping, and visiting Disneyland, creating lasting memories with her family.

 

Broker Assistant, Office Manager

Nikki Kruchten

Nikki Kruchten has been a valued member of Orange Realty Group since 2018, serving as Broker Assistant and playing a key role in supporting the brokerage’s day-to-day operations. She works closely with agents, manages file compliance, coordinates with Escrow and Title, and ensures seamless communication for Jason and his clients. Nikki also provides support to the office staff as needed, helping keep operations running efficiently and smoothly.

Nikki began her real estate career in 2006 and brings extensive experience in short sale negotiations and REO management, with a continued passion for expanding her industry knowledge. She values the dynamic nature of her role and enjoys that no two days are ever the same. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her son, going to the movies, cooking and baking, and connecting with friends.

Lead Property Manager, Business Development

Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos has been a valued member of Orange Realty Group since 2019, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate and 15 years in property management. As Lead Property Manager, he plays a key role in both business development and daily operations, working closely with new property owners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. He also oversees the leasing department and provides hands-on leadership in operational problem-solving across the team.

One of Carlos’s proudest milestones is celebrating five years with Orange. He values the strong relationships he has built with both clients and colleagues and takes pride in being a trusted resource for owners and team members alike. Prior to joining Orange, his career spanned all facets of real estate, including resale and new home sales, commercial properties, and property management.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his family. His children keep him busy with school events, soccer, and Jiu-Jitsu, and he embraces the balance of an active family life.

Leasing Coordinator

Laticia Lopez

Laticia has been a valued member of Orange Realty Group since 2023, serving as a Leasing Agent and playing a vital role in day-to-day leasing operations. She is responsible for marketing properties, processing applications, conducting resident screenings, and guiding residents through a smooth and positive move-in experience. Laticia is deeply committed to minimizing vacancy periods and efficiently placing qualified residents to help optimize owner profitability. She is frequently praised by clients for her exceptional customer service and responsiveness.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a background in apartment-to-condominium conversions, Laticia brings a strong service mindset and exceptional attention to detail to every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and fishing—finding balance in nurturing plants and unwinding by the water.

Leasing Administrator

Denisse Chu

Denisse serves as a Leasing Administrator at Orange Realty Group, where she is responsible for overseeing lease renewals and supporting portfolio stability. Since joining the team in 2023, she has enjoyed working within a collaborative environment while continuously expanding her knowledge of the real estate industry. Denisse actively monitors upcoming renewals, conducts market analysis, provides pricing recommendations to owners, coordinates inspections, and guides residents through a smooth and well-communicated renewal process.

Prior to joining Orange, Denisse gained valuable real estate exposure by assisting her father, a realtor in Mexico, with leasing and marketing efforts. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, reading thriller novels, and traveling with her husband. She also values quality time with family and friends and is always eager to explore new experiences and destinations.

 

Owner, Resident Support Coordinator

Sandra Cater

Sandra is a seasoned real estate and property management professional with nearly three decades of hands-on experience. At Orange Realty Group, she supports both property owners and residents, bringing deep expertise across a wide range of rental types, including corporate housing, vacation rentals, furnished units, and affordable housing. Her focus is on helping owners maximize the performance of their investments while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Sandra is known for her ability to create systems that work smarter, not harder. With a keen attention to detail and a talent for streamlining processes, she thrives in the fast-paced property management environment. A proud Las Vegas local for nearly 40 years, Sandra is deeply connected to the community and driven by values of hard work, integrity, and exceptional service.

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys off-roading, hiking, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family, making the most of the Nevada sunshine.

 

 

Owner, Resident Support Coordinator

Jackie Garcia

Jackie Garcia serves as a Resident and Owner Support Coordinator at Orange Realty Group, where she plays a key role in ensuring clear communication, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations. In her role, Jackie manages resident inquiries, coordinates HOA matters related to lease violations, oversees resident compliance, and assists with non-payment matters and the preparation of required legal notices. Her calm, organized approach helps bring structure and resolution to situations that can otherwise feel stressful for both residents and owners.

With over three years of experience in property management and a strong background in HOA operations, Jackie brings valuable expertise in compliance coordination, leasing support, and owner and resident relations. She is known for her thoughtful follow-through, collaborative mindset, and ability to build positive relationships that support long-term property success.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, cheering her on at weekend sports games, and staying actively involved in her church community. She also loves family game nights, as well as cooking and baking. Jackie believes that great property management is built on clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and strong relationships — values she brings to her work every day.

Maintenance Coordinator

Roberta Garcia

Roberta serves as a Maintenance Coordinator at Orange Realty Group, where she is a key point of contact for maintenance-related communication between residents, owners, and vendors. She manages incoming maintenance requests, repair inquiries, and service coordination, utilizing Property Meld to ensure work orders are tracked, communicated, and resolved efficiently.

With over 10 years of experience in property management, Roberta brings a calm, solutions-driven approach to maintenance operations. She is committed to clear expectations, timely follow-up, and high service standards—helping protect property value while delivering a seamless experience for both residents and owners.

Outside of work, Roberta enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending movies and concerts, and sharing creative activities such as puzzles, arts, and crafts with her kids.

Maintenance Coordinator

Tony Plantone

Tony Plantone serves as Maintenance Coordinator at Orange Realty Group, where he plays a key role in overseeing unit turnovers and renovation projects to ensure properties are move-in ready for residents. His expertise includes project management, estimating, and contract negotiation, and he serves as a professional liaison between owners and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Tony brings enthusiasm, accountability, and a strong work ethic to every project he manages.

Prior to joining Orange, Tony worked as a maintenance coordinator and brings years of experience in real estate, including coordinating property flips and long-term rental turnovers. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and playing cards. One of his favorite memories at Orange was attending a team event at Jenny and Jason’s home, where his son especially enjoyed spending time in the pool.

 

Maintenance Coordinator

Kimberly Johnson

Kimberly Johnson serves as a Maintenance Coordinator at Orange Realty Group. With over 10 years of experience in property management, she oversees vendor management, billing, addresses resident repair needs during the first week of move-in, and coordinate rehabilitation projects from start to finish. Her role requires a strong balance of organization, communication, and problem-solving to ensure properties are well maintained and operations run smoothly.

Prior to joining Orange, Kimberly worked as a Regional Manager, supporting residential operations with a focus on unit turnovers, inspections, and vendor coordination. She brings a detail-oriented, responsive approach to her work and works closely with owners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure maintenance projects are completed efficiently and to standard. Kimberly is especially proud of her growth at Orange, gaining experience in inspections, systems, and unit turns while supporting the maintenance team.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys working out, spending quality time with her family, and crafting. She believes great property management is built on organization, proactive communication, and a solution-focused mindset that balances resident needs, owner expectations, and long-term property care.

Accounting

Alyssa Kelley

Alyssa has been a dedicated member of Orange Realty Group since 2018, contributing her expertise as an Accounting Assistant and Team Coordinator. In addition to her accounting responsibilities, she plays a key role in planning and organizing company events, including Team Tuesday gatherings, holiday celebrations, team-building activities, and community volunteering initiatives.

One of Alyssa’s proudest accomplishments is leading opportunities for the team to give back through the Orange Cares program, supporting local nonprofits and charitable organizations. Outside of work, Alyssa is a wife and mother of two who enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also loves coaching volleyball, reading, and finding moments of joy in her busy life.
